This is ongoing class every Thursday at 5 p.m.
Do you need an
alternative to working out at the gym? Do you need to get
started on a fun exercise program? Then this is for you! Come
join us in improving your overall fitness (body toning, core
strength, cardio-vascular, respiratory, muscle endurance and
strength); all with a few steps, so to speak. And guess what?
It is a lot of fun too! All skill levels are welcome.
Bring your poles,
water and dress for any weather! Dress in layers and we will
discuss clothing for fun fall walking.
